TM-107系列落地式油壓機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
1． 采用整體焊接的堅(jiān)固開(kāi)式結(jié)構(gòu)可使機(jī)身保持足夠鋼性的同時(shí)擁有最方便的操作空間；
2． 壓力、行程、保壓時(shí)間、閉合高度均可按需求無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)整，也可設(shè)計(jì)為兩段速度（空載快速，加壓慢速），并可在使用行程內(nèi)任意調(diào)整快速和工進(jìn)的長(zhǎng)短；
3． 另可選增加測(cè)力傳感器及顯示器，精確顯示產(chǎn)品受力狀況，達(dá)到所需工作目的；
4． 也可另選增加電子尺或光柵及顯示器，精確顯示油缸位移狀況，達(dá)到所需工作目的。
適用范圍：
TM107-20T數(shù)字壓裝機(jī)
1.該系列液壓壓床以2-20MPA的液體壓力為動(dòng)力源,外接三相AC380V 50HZ或三相AC220 60HZ交流電源.
2.該系列設(shè)備以液體作為介質(zhì)來(lái)傳遞能量，采用先進(jìn)的子母缸液壓回路,油溫低,空行程速度均在150MM/秒以上, 工進(jìn)速度30 MM/秒以下,
3.設(shè)備待機(jī),滑快上下移動(dòng)時(shí)噪音均不超過(guò)75分貝.
4.采用整體焊接的堅(jiān)固開(kāi)式結(jié)構(gòu),可使機(jī)身保持足夠的的鋼性,同時(shí)擁有最方便的操作空間,
5.分手動(dòng)和半自動(dòng)兩種控制方式,手動(dòng)可將壓裝上模停在任意行程范圍內(nèi),配有緊急回升按鈕,也可加裝紅外線(xiàn)護(hù)手裝置.
6.該系列壓床的壓裝行程一般通過(guò)計(jì)時(shí)器,壓力開(kāi)關(guān),位置感應(yīng)器,或客戶(hù)本身的模具進(jìn)行控制
7.壓裝主軸的回升高度,可通過(guò)計(jì)時(shí)器,或位置感應(yīng)器任意行程范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整.
9.壓力、行程、保壓時(shí)間、閉合高度客戶(hù)均可自行調(diào)整,方便操作；
10.液壓系統(tǒng)計(jì)內(nèi)置機(jī)架內(nèi),外觀(guān)整潔,輕巧,穩(wěn)重.
11.具有自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)功能,可也加裝測(cè)力顯示器,智能溫控儀,可依客戶(hù)要求定做,

Features:
1. The solid open type structure of welding as a whole allows the press to keep enough rigidity and makes the press being operated in a most convenient operating space.
2. The pressure, stroke, dwell time and shut height can be adjusted infinitely according to requirements; it may be applicable to set two speeds (idling speed, low speed during pressurization). And the speed and time can be adjusted at will within the stroke.
3. The middle template can be additional adopted to add force imposed on the products so as to complete the undergoing work.
4. The electronic ruler or grating ruler and display can be additionally added to precisely display the situation of the oil cylinder displacement so as to complete the undergoing work.
