該機(jī)是一種利用液態(tài)氮的急速深冷，使得被處理物件毛邊迅速冷凍，在臨界脆化狀態(tài)下，通過(guò)高速離心裝置，將耐低溫復(fù)合材料微粒連續(xù)、高速?lài)娚渲帘惶幚砦锛?，?jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)循環(huán)噴射操作，即可在不損傷物件表面的情況下，高效率、高質(zhì)量地去除物件的毛邊、飛邊、毛刺。
