防靜電臺墊的構成

1） 
防靜電實心臺墊由上層靜電耗散層和下層導電層共二層構成；

2） 
防靜電發(fā)泡臺墊由上層靜電耗散層、中間發(fā)泡層和下層導電層共三層構成。

 

 

防靜電臺墊的防靜電性能按SJ/T10694-1996的相關要求；

靜電耗散層表面電阻要求為：1.0×106Ω~1.0×109Ω；

導電層表面電阻要求為：1.0×103Ω~1.0×105Ω；

體積電阻值要求在：1.0×105Ω~1.0×109Ω；

靜電耗散材料表面磨擦電壓小于200V；

靜電泄放至100V以下的靜電泄放時間應小于1S。

The conformation of
anti-static mat

1)     
The anti-static mat is made up of two layers: the abovelayer is
static dissipative and the underlayer is conductive.

2)     
The anti-static froth mat is made up of three layers: the above
layer is static dissipative, the middle is froth and the under
layer is conductive.
