熱壓縮試驗(yàn)裝置：RH-1


產(chǎn)品概述：本裝置是根據(jù)GB2099.1-2008圖38、IEC884-1圖38、VDE0620等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制作，用于考核電器附件及明裝式安裝盒在受熱情況下的耐壓性能，與加熱箱配套使用。試驗(yàn)裝置由移動(dòng)壓塊、固定壓塊、導(dǎo)軌支架及砝碼組成，壓塊具有一個(gè)半徑為25㎜的圓柱形表面，砝碼重量為20N。

本裝置也可更換100N砝碼用于手提燈等類似器具的熱壓縮試驗(yàn)，符合GB7000.208-2008

RH-1

Product details:Model RH-1. The apparatus comprises two steel
jaws, having a cylindrical face of 25 mm radius, a width of 15 mm
and a length of 50 mm. The length of 50 mm can be increased,
depending on the size of the accessory to be tested.

The corners are rounded with a radius of 2,5 mm.

The specimen is clamped between the jaws in such a way that
these press against it in the area where it is gripped in normal
use, the centre line of the jaws coinciding as nearly as possible
with the centre of this area. The force applied through the jaws is
20 N.,the test being made in a heating cabinet at a temperature of
(80 ± 2) °C.
