籃式自動(dòng)洗碗機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理

　　該機(jī)采用單洗滌缸單水泵洗滌、由不銹鋼箱體、潔洗系統(tǒng)、漂洗系統(tǒng)、傳送系統(tǒng)、電氣控缸系統(tǒng)等組成。

　　該機(jī)通過傳送系統(tǒng)由傳送系統(tǒng)將碗碟等首先進(jìn)人預(yù)清洗區(qū) ，由上下噴洗臂噴洗滌溫水進(jìn)行預(yù)清洗.去除碗碟表面污漬然后進(jìn)入潔洗區(qū)，由上下噴洗臂噴清洗熱水進(jìn)行清洗徹底清除油漬等，最后進(jìn)入凈水漂洗除去表面的污水，達(dá)到洗凈的要求，洗凈的碗碟從出口端取出。設(shè)有內(nèi)開天、進(jìn)水閥、進(jìn)汽閥、溫控儀、等確保了設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

　　Min Structure &Principle of Running

　　It has single pumps in the wash Jar，and is made up of stainless steel frame，cleaning system，rinsing system，conveying system and air control system

　　The dishware firstly enter the pre-cleaning area by the conveyer chain in the conveying system，and are pre-cleaned by the upper and lower pray arms with the warm water，then enter into the cleaning area after cleaning up the dirt on the surface of the dishware，in the cleaning area，dishware are cleaned by the upper and lower spray arms with hot water to clean the dirt thoroughly.At last，they enter into the rinsing area，cleaning out the dirty water on the surface and then can be picked out at the exit。The machine is produced together with the inner switch，water entering valve，air entering valve，temperature checking machine，which can provide a stable operation for the machine。
