橋護(hù)欄模具包括欄片模具、上梁模具、下梁模具、立柱模具、柱帽模具組合而成。

橋護(hù)欄模具材質(zhì)：護(hù)欄塑料模具、護(hù)欄鋼模具。

1：橋護(hù)欄塑料模具采用工程聚丙或PP經(jīng)過(guò)高溫壓鑄而成，其模具光滑度高，較輕，搬運(yùn)方便，可使用兩年以上。

2：橋護(hù)欄鋼模具采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板經(jīng)過(guò)裁剪、焊接、打磨、噴漆等國(guó)道工序制成，護(hù)欄鋼模具采用卡扣固定，拆卸方便，出模速度快使用壽命長(zhǎng)，可使用五年以上不變形，適合長(zhǎng)期使用。

一，72型高鐵護(hù)欄立柱模具，整體尺寸為101×12×12厘米，共由立柱模具主體，立柱耳朵模具，立柱上堵頭模具及柱帽、帽片組成，其中柱帽采用的是聚丙烯塑料材質(zhì)。
 
二，72型高鐵護(hù)欄上下梁模具，上梁尺寸為196×11×10里面面，搭配上梁壓條及插片，均由注塑加工完成。下梁尺寸為188×11×10厘米，兩端配置下梁專(zhuān)用小盒子，可拆卸組裝。
 
三，72型高鐵護(hù)欄欄片模具，之所以整套護(hù)欄模具稱(chēng)為海鷗高鐵護(hù)欄塑料模具，原因就是護(hù)欄欄片模具采用了海鷗設(shè)計(jì)，分為AB兩面，尺寸均為101×72×5厘米，拼接處分別置入欄片堵頭，方面施工。

84型海鷗護(hù)欄模具鐵路護(hù)欄塑料模具所有組件均采用高精度要求的ABS樹(shù)脂原料生產(chǎn)加工而成，主要組成部分：鐵路護(hù)欄立柱塑料模具，相應(yīng)配套配件有84型立柱二段、立柱耳朵、立柱堵頭、柱帽、帽片等。

高鐵專(zhuān)用72型羅馬柱橋梁護(hù)欄模具，欄桿樣式以羅馬柱結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，主要由三個(gè)組成部分，橋梁護(hù)欄模具上梁、下梁，立柱及欄桿。原材料方面均使用了不易變形的ABS塑料為原料，在實(shí)際水泥制品生產(chǎn)及脫模過(guò)程中，更加簡(jiǎn)便，橋梁護(hù)欄立柱、上下梁和欄桿均獨(dú)立施工，組裝更方便。

72型羅馬柱橋梁護(hù)欄上下梁模具均配有部分配件，上梁部分由橋梁護(hù)欄模具上梁主體，護(hù)欄模具插片，上下梁大圓球等，而下梁由橋梁護(hù)欄下梁主體，下梁盒子和下梁小圓球組成。所有設(shè)計(jì)均按照中國(guó)鐵建施工要求設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)制造，誤差均小于5MM。上下梁的整體尺寸均為196×11×10cm。
